Fire Retardant Regulations

For your safety where fabrics are not Flame Retardant we use a specialist barrier cloth in order to acheive compliance. This cloth is a Heavy Weight Cotton Canvas Calico Interliner Barrier Material which is CRIB 5 Fire Retardant to meet UK fire retardant regulations. It is placed underneath any non-fire retardant fabric and acts as a barrier to prevent flames from spreading, ensuring that the fabric meets the necessary fire safety requirements. All filling materials foam/padding etc used on our items are also compliant with current regulations. All items are provided with the necessary safety labels.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is not delivered this must be reported within 48 hours of the agreed delivery time. After this we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge within 24 hours of the purchase, unless the item has already been dispatched.

If you cancel after delivery you must advise us within 14 days and you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be returned within 28 days of receipt.   Please note the original delivery fee is non-refundable. There is also a return fee of £30 for administration purposes and it is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned free of damage.  We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item to confirm receipt and advise of any damage.
